Los Angeles, CA – February 19, 2014 – Westlake Financial Services announces Kansas City Independent Auto Auction as the 2013 Auction of the Year. The second and third ranked auctions include Adesa Phoenix and Adesa San Antonio, and the top service auction is Adesa Colorado Springs.
