Franka Bicolli

Franka Bicolli is the Vice President of Treasury and Capital Markets at Westlake Financial Services. She started at Westlake in 2016. Her current responsibility is managing Westlake’s funding through revolving credit lines and capital markets. She plays a key role in defining and executing Westlake’s long term capital strategy, while managing key relationships externally. 

Prior to her current position she worked as a Financial Consultant for the Albanian Government and the European Commission where she managed a grant fund that helped small businesses.

Franka received her MBA from Pepperdine University in 2014. She also holds a certificate in Investment management and analysis from UCLA extension which she completed in 2016.
