Westlake Remarketing Announces Top Auctions for Q3

LOS ANGELES, California – October 30, 2012 – Westlake Financial Services announces their top regional auction performers for the third quarter.

They are:

  • Eastern Region: Rawl’s Auto Auction (South Carolina)
  • Central Region: Kansas City Independent (Missouri)
  • Western Region: Brasher’s Sacramento (California)
  • Top Service Auction: ADESA Lexington (Kentucky)

Dirk Grammel, Westlake’s Southern Regional Auction Representative, says that Rawl’s Auto Auction made it to the top of the list with their focus on old-fashioned customer service. “They also stand out for their effective marketing ideas,” Mr. Grammel says. “Westlake enjoys exemplary vehicle processing, sales preparation, and consistent sales results.”

Mr. Grammel also covers the Missouri market and noted that Kansas City Independent “exceeded our expectations for sale preparation, operations, and marketing and sales results.” Additionally, he says the local auction team “has a unique personal approach to handling buyers and sellers. This sets them apart from other auctions and brings dealers back to their sales consistently.”

Brasher’s Sacramento Auction drew praise from Jeff Huang, Pacific Regional Auction Representative. “Brasher’s is all about providing a consistent level of service and being able to anticipate our needs,” Mr. Huang says. “They understand Westlake’s collateral and what is needed to optimize our recovery.”

ADESA Lexington received the Q3 Top Service Auction award by scoring highest on Westlake Remarketing’s vehicle certification program. Ryan Twigg, Northeastern Regional Auction Representative, says that “ADESA Lexington takes a great deal of pride in how they run their sales – from vehicle prep to marketing to understanding our program requirements. Their efforts are reflected in the results. They utilize a team effort to get our products to the right buyers.”
